1. How to shop in Mays's Eshop?

Welcome to May's Online Shop. We are supplying all kinds of professional makeup products, skin-card goods, eyelashes, wigs, perfumes, toiletries and different sorts of groceries...etc. for international celebrities, show-business performers, professional makeup artists, models, brides and fashionable people...etc.

Shopping in this online shop is an enjoyable experience. Now, let's take a look at how you get purchase the products you love.

Introducing Interface

Once you enter our e-shop, you will find the following screen:

On the front page, there are two major features for shopping:

  1. Product Categories: Here you will find major categories of May's products. Clicking any of them can lead you to listing of the category.

  2. Search: You can use this to directly find any products you want.

Selecting Products

  1. On the top of this site, there is product navigation, where you will find items like Make up, Eyelashes, Skincare, Fragrance, Tools, Accessories, Hair/Wigs as well as Special Effects. Click on the category you want to bring you to the product listing of the selected category.

  2. On category page, as shown below, click on a product photo of an item you want. You will be brought to the product page.

On a category page, you will find:

  1. Sub-category: This area shows sub-categories available for a selected product category.

  2. Navigation: This shows where you are in the site. You could follow it easily to go through the site.

  3. Product Listing: Products are listed here with product names, product shoot as well as brief information.


How to use a product page

A product page is a page specifically designed to fill in information of a product. Let’s take a look at what information and functions a product page could offer us.

  1. Sub-categories: This area shows sub-categories available for a selected product category.

  2. Product Picture: The picture lets have an idea of how a product looks like.

  3. Currency Calculator: It helps you to convert the price between HK and US dollars.

  4. Misc functions: including showing retail locations, size chart (for certain products) as well as video (for demonstrating the use of certain products).


Search Products

May's e-shop is equipped with a search engine, which allows you to locate any products you want from our virtual product shelf. Follow these steps to use the search engine to find a product:

  • What cards do you accept?

    Ans: We accept the following cards: Visa and Master Card   

  • What currency can I use?

    At the moment, we accept TWO currencies: HK Dollar (HKD) and US Dollar (USD).

  • Can I pay by any other method?

    Ans: Yes, you could pay via:

    - PayPal

    - Bank Transfer

  • How do I change currency?

    Ans: To change currency, simply select the currency you would like to view from the drop down box, which can be found at the top right corner of the product page.

  • Is it secure to order in May’s Eshop?

    Ans: We are using Paypal's SSL transfer all the personal data from your browser to the payment gateway server.

  • Do you sell gift vouchers?

    Ans: We currently do not sell gift vouchers.


    3. Your Order

  • Can I change my order?

    Ans: It depends on the status of your order. To change your order, please contact us by email (info@mays-eshop.com) and include the details of your order. May’s Eshop will then reply email to confirm if changes of order can be made.

  • My order is a gift for someone. Do you offer gift packaging?

    Ans: We currently do not have this service. If you are ordering for deliver to an address other than the billing address, the invoice will be sent to the billing address. Therefore the recipient will not see how much was spent on the order.

  • Can I track my order?

    Ans: You could track your order by sending email to info@mays-eshop.com. We will inform you as soon as possible of your order status.

  • What countries do you deliver?

    We can deliver over 30 countries which list in our shopper cart.

  • Which courier company do you use?

    It depends on your location. we may use UPS, DHL...etc.
